BIOHACKS WILL FAIL; GRACE WON’T!
AND, THE BEAUTY SECRET NO ONE WILL TELL YOU ABOUT

And here is the truth. Those who can share the REAL – I mean FOR REAL – secret external beauty code with you, are not even bothered to use it themselves because it is so much on the lower rung of life than the real beauty that you can truly experience if you can access THAT OTHER ‘dimension’ of beauty on the opposite end of the spectrum.
There’s a peculiar obsession that has overtaken older and the younger generations: The idea that youth, beauty, and vitality can be hacked. That we can trick the body into ‘immortality’, a code that can be cracked or at least a version of it filtered through collagen, protein powders, and ‘ten-step’ routines. Both men and women alike – are spending tens of thousands, if not millions, on skincare and wellness but won’t spend two minutes in solitude or silence.
They’ll follow influencers, like their life depends on it, but never question the illusion they’re being sold and embedded into. And when they see someone ‘glowing’ without all the noise – without the products – they pause.
They ask:
“Your skin is glowing. What do you use?”
“How are you so fit?”
“You look 35, not 52. What’s the secret?”
“Wait – you have a married daughter?”
And beneath that awe and appreciation is a subtle disbelief, envy, disdain and yes – an insatiable hunger. Because they want what I have. But they don’t want the path that led me here…and here’s the best part. This ‘physical manifestation’ of the glow is one of the side effects – and not the real benefit of that secret beauty process
GRACE IS NOT FOR SALE
Let me say it plainly:
I didn’t glow up. I grew in. I didn’t chase youth – I let go of the need for it. I didn’t buy ‘beauty’ (not withstanding the basic care products I use or even make at home myself) I received it – when I didn’t even ask for it – through alignment, surrender, and grace. Yes – GRACE.
What you see on my face is not the result of injections, machines, or miracle serums. It is the quiet radiance of a heart that has stopped fighting life and its flowl and started the process of transcending. And more importantly, stopped fearing ‘death’. That is also GRACE.
“As the embodied soul continually passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. The self-realized soul is not bewildered by such a change.”
— Bhagavad Gita 2.13
What you’re witnessing is not my skincare. It is my bhakti-care. It is the spiritual luminosity that comes from chanting the Holy Names of the Lord – daily, sincerely, lovingly.
BEAUTY THAT FOOLS YOU IS NOT BEAUTY AT ALL!!!
Beauty is a barrier, not a blessing, when it leads to pride. Material beauty bewilders the soul—it does not free it.
In the Srimad Bhagavatam, Queen Kunti prays:
janmaiśvarya-śruta-śrībhir edhamāna-madaḥ pumān
naivārhaty abhidhātuṁ vai tvām akiñcana-gocaram
— SB 1.8.26
“My Lord, Your mercy cannot be approached by those who are proud of their birth, wealth, education, and physical beauty.”
WHY ‘INFLUENCERS’ GET IT SO WRONG!
Let’s talk about what no one wants to say. People like Brian Johnson are revered as ‘pioneers’ of ‘LONG-LIFE’ hacks. They spend millions to try and reverse age, reset their biology, and reclaim control from time itself. And while some of their habits are undeniably disciplined – clean eating, sleep routines, bio-tracking – their core message is misleading:
“You can beat death if you optimize enough.”
“You can stay young if you spend enough.”
“You can live forever…if you never stop trying. (and spending)”
But what kind of life is this? A life lived in resistance to time? In fear of impermanence? In war with your own biology?
The Blessed Lord says, “Time I am, the great destroyer of the worlds, and I have come here to engage all people.”
— Bhagavad Gita 11.32
Brian Johnson gleams, yes. But he does not glow. Because glow is not engineered. Glow is spiritual and bestowed. He is not at peace with time – he is trying to beat it. And that is not a ‘blueprint’. That is bondage, disguised as mastery.
SPIRITUAL RADIANCE: THE GLOW WITHIN AND YES, ALSO WITHOUT
There is a story in the Mahabharata of Damayanti, the princess whose beauty was so divine that even demigods sought her hand. But when her husband Nala fell into some inevitable misfortune and left her for her own protection, she did not rely on her beauty to survive or feign loneliness. What shone through her was her inner light and the spiritual glow in front of which, the temporary forest hardships, humiliation, and pain she endured seemed insignificant. Because spiritual purity can NEVER be dimmed by external circumstances.
That’s what real radiance is.
In the Srimad Bhagavatam (3.28.28), Lord Kapila explains:
“When the mind is perfectly pure due to the practice of devotional service, it becomes crystal-clear like a lake, and in it, one can see the reflection of the Lord just as one can see the moon in a clear body of water.”
THAT is the source of spiritual beauty – clarity of heart, purity of mind, devotion to the Supreme Lord Krishna.
YOU CANNOT HACK GRACE
You can buy many bottles of serums.; inject yourself with botox and photoshop your happiness for the social media. But here’s a ‘googly’ for you:
Try to bottle bhakti. Try injecting yourself with ‘grace’; And oh! let’s see you ‘photoshop’ real peace.
Real beauty – the kind that moves people, the kind that silences a room – is the result of a soul that is anchored in dharma, in devotion and in duty
This anchoring begins with and only with chanting the Hare Krishna maha-mantra – DAILY:
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare
Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
And you come out on the other side – with your mind cleansed, your karmic clutter cleared, your ego’s grip on you softened, and you becoming reflective of the Divine in you. Unless you try it, you’ll NEVER know it.
WHAT MAKES YOU TRULY BEAUTIFUL IS THAT YOU ACTUALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE!
In Srimad Bhagavatam (9.14), there’s the poignant story of King Purūrava and the celestial woman Urvashi, the most beautiful damsel in heaven. Though she had every aesthetic gift, her relationship with Purūrava was impermanent and caused a great deal of pain for him, because of desire, pride, and attachment to such external beauty parameters. The lesson is striking – beauty alone cannot keep love, peace, or fulfillment.
Spiritual beauty doesn’t seek to attract. It seeks to serve.
“He who is satisfied with gain which comes of its own accord, who is free from duality, and who is steady in both success and failure, is never entangled, although performing actions.”
— Bhagavad Gita 4.22
The irony of real beauty is this: You become beautiful when you no longer chase it. You become radiant when your ego dissolves.
YOU WANT TO LOOK BEAUTIFUL? LET GO! (YES – EVEN OF BRIAN JOHNSON’S “TIPS”)
This is what true beauty is – and you can feel it as well – let go of the obsession with youth; Let go of the fear of ageing; Let go of the need to be ‘seen’. Instead, align with the Supreme Lord. Live simply (most difficult thing to do for most people). Think deeply.
And yes – chant sincerely.
And one day, someone will ask why your face shines like it carries a secret. And all you will do is smile.
Because you’ll know: The glow they seek is not from this world. It’s not bottled.
It’s bestowed.
THE FINAL TRUTH!
People ask me how I stay so young; how I glow. And, what my secret is.
Here it is:
- I don’t try to live forever. I live for God.
- I don’t fight Time. I serve the One who created it – because Time is Him and His!
- And I don’t chase radiance. I chant – everything else is incidental and an eventuality. They come (and go) – both pleasures and pain.
So, yes, you’re free to chase your beauty hacks and biohacks.
I’ll be here… chanting. Anchored. At peace. You can join me and thousands of others who have found this path of beautiful grace
Biohacks will fade and you WILL die. Grace won’t. The soul shines when the ego dies. And beauty? Real beauty – is just the shadow of the real grace called bhakti
